Hi,
you can get enough calcium without eating dairy - the best sources are soy, tofu, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carob, nuts, almonds, dried figs and many others. But, number one source of calcium are the seaweeds like kelp, nori, etc. They contain in average fourteen times as much calcium compared to milk products. Besides, milk calcium is worse available (absorbable) than that of seaweeds. B vitamins can be obtained from beans, grains, meats, fish, but some are also in broccoli and other veggies, and a rich source of B vitamins are also seaweeds. Karel
