Hi -

If you haven't had this problem before it is most likely another of those detox "thangs" - which is good!!! I would ask the experts on the board about deodorants, but the natural chrystal works well for me.

I think the exercising is a big part of this plan for O's. It helps with the stress levels and the emotional roller-coaster that would usually lead to bad eating habits - like grabbing the first sweet or chocolate in reach.

Of course, with what you're experiencing right now - more exercise, more sweat, etc., probably not sounding too appealing for you, but maybe the more you get the yukky stuff out, the sooner you will be back to your sweet-smelling-self.

Hang in there and uh - take lots of showers? (just kidding - we love you and we can't smell you over the internet anyway). Let me know how it goes.
