The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 8
Why is it so hard?
Posted By: Michelle
Why is it so hard to tell people about this way of eating?? Why do people doubt it and say it's a bunch of "hogwash" or whatever...or a "fad" or a "scam" when I KNOW that it works. I was convinced immediately after sitting down with the book for 5 minutes then going home from the bookstore and avoiding avoids for the next few days immediately I felt better. What do some of you people say to other "non-believers" (LOL) when you are explaining the diet? How do you tell people it's not a bunch of hogwash, and get them to try it for just 2 little weeks?? Or just one week! I've offered friends money and they STILL won't try. How come people get hung up on their favorite foods and there's "no way in he**" they'll give them up. Does food have that much power? Wow. I think of food as fuel for my body, and now also medicine for my body! Hmmmmm. Just wondering what are some of other people's tactics for handling the ridicule.
