In Response To: Progress from Goal Buster (Gerry)

Week three! Ok, I wanted to do better in the exercise department and I did, not terrific yet though. I did exercise 4 times, guess I need to do more. Silly question---do some people lose weight better if they are not exercising???? I did lose l pound this week. I stuck to the diet very well. No cravings at all. I tried something new for a drink. I combined peppermint tea and carob. I did put a half a teaspoon of sugar in it. It reminds me of those chocolate mint Girl Scout cookies. It would be better with more sugar but I don't want to do that. I also mentioned before about Linden tea...it tastes so much like regular tea. I have another question...has anyone else noticed an increase in "B O"? I never has body oder before and I hate it. I don't want to use deoderant!! I tried witch hazel but that didn't work. Maybe the increase in smell is because of so much meat. Any ideas on this or suggestions for natural deoderant? I missed some days on the computer, it again took me about 4 hours to catch up, but the Goal Buster messages are my favorite....lets keep it up......Kathryn C
