Cindy, when you start to eat meat again, make sure you do not sit alone and eat it. If there are people around and a lot of conversation, almost to the point of too much conversation, so much that you can't think----that is good. You will be able to eat the meat and not think about it. If you are alone, it will be all that you are thinking about and it will make it harder to eat it. I had not had meat or fish for over a year and this worked. Kathryn C
