Yeah, Jenny - I only have one kid to homeschool, and that's enough to put me permanently off the track! I need chocolate, myself; if you have to eat something you'd rather not, just try to make it as harmless to you as possible. In this case, as an O, I look out to be sure there's no dairy, wheat, or corn (including corn syrup) in my comfort food. Have you seen the More Treats 4 You and other yummy suggestions? I also try to remind myself to try a little exercise, first, if I can, or a little protein, to see if one of them will alleviate the stress for me a little, before the chocolate - again, if I can.
