Lyme Disease and ER4YT?

Hi Everyone,

I've been diagnosed with Lyme disease in the past month or so. I've been working on the B+ ER4YT plan. The biggest thing I've done is cut out chicken and caffeine. The treatment for Lyme is heavy antibiotics so I'm grateful that Bs can eat yogurt so I don't get anything else while trying to kill off the Lyme bacteria. Any other thoughts from Dr. D. or anyone else on trying to clear my system of bacteria while on the ER4YT plan?

Is anyone else out there a Lyme disease sufferer?

Best wishes to all. This is a great site and many thanks to Dr. D. for his perseverance in supporting everyone and creating the diet to begin with.
