In this week's Time magazine(Y2K Panic Cover), I noticed a couple of interesting things. Next to an article promoting beta blockers there is a little blip about formaldehyde and how "scientists" have determined that it is emmitted from "new" non-wrinkle bedsheets. By new, I wonder if that means before 1 washing or 10. I'm sure it depends on how much each manufacturer applies to create this effect. Anyway, I've known about this for some time and I didn't need a research grant or body of colleagues to say I was on to something. People who are having skin problems should really look into this and try using plain old natural fiber sheets that you are not allergic to. Another blip that I read in the rag was about a new book that is going to revolutionalize the American diet. Yes it is based on individual types and how each metabolism is effected differently by seasonal changes and sleep patterns. Hype? We'll see.
Happy New Year Y'all,
