Okay, what is Kombu? Have looked in the lists and not finding it. A veggie or herb?

Also, are Tongues of Fire, European Soldier and FRENCH Navy Beans okay for A's and O's. A great combination from trader jo. They are great with a little brown rice. Thanks. Marie
