The ER4YT book lists cabbage juice as an HB for Bs. Does it mean that all the concerns about the goitrogenic factors in raw cruciferous veggies are nil an void when the latter are consumed by the blood types that are supposed to highly benefit from them? I do drink cabbage juice as part of my B diet, and a confirmation or refutation of its thyriod safety would be appreciated.
