Although there is no wheat free artichoke pasta, there is wheat free rice & spelt pasta available in health food stores.

The spelt so far I've found too strong tasting, but the rice is the next best thing to regular. One caveat, however, be sure to pull that rice pasta out right on time or the texture will not be quite right.

I've had best results w/the rotelli.
