In Response To: Evening Primrose Oil and type O (Dorothy L)
Hello. When I was more vegetarian than I am now, I disliked most fruit and fruit juices most of the time. When I switched to a more type O appropriate diet, I found, to my surprise, that I quite enjoy and sometimes even crave the type O OK fruits and fruit juices, especially the Highly Beneficial ones! I think this is because, without so much grain/starch in my diet, and with more protein in it, their sweetness is no longer so extreme to me. Are you avoiding the grains/starches you should be, and choosing appropriate-size portions of those that are OK for O's? Are you offering yourself a variety of appropriate fruity choices (fresh, dried, juice) when you crave something sweet?
