I'm having the same trouble. I need to regain the weight that I lost. Well, some of it. I started having oatmeal every morning along with a banana everyday. Both oatmeal and bananas were on Dr D'adamo's list for gaining weight. Sorry I can't remember what was on the rest of the list. It seemed those were the only two that interested me. Right now the oatmeal is holding my weight steady. I'm trying to increase the size of my meals, that seems to be helping.
If you come up with any other ideas, let me know.
