Hi, I am type 'O'. Wheat and dairy were the staple of my diet which are both major no no's for 40yrs. So when I went cold turkey, that probably explains it. The toxins that were there became in simple terms 'loose' flushing most of it out the first couple of weeks. The remaining toxins I think! maybe caused me to get sick. I haven't a clue but I do know that I have gotten extremely sick twice now.
