What blood type are you? I have had a release of chemicals and toxins eating primarily hightly beneficial foods. I think I went into it too quickly. My sking burns and mucus is loosened. (A pos) My health care practioner has been recommending this book to many people. It seems to be an effective way to get stored chemicals out of your system.
