In Response To: Re: Breakfast for O's??? (Meri-B)

Hey, guys! I found this in one of his previous live chats, under "minor arcana". Lots of good info,,, if only it wasn't so hard to read (hurts my eyes after a while w/glare & all... say, what's good for type O eyesight??? If you know, start a new post for comments...

Carolyn : Yes...Doctor, my sister and I are both type "o", and

after reading your book we are very confused about

what we can eat at breakfast time. Nothing seems to be okay

GA Peter D'Adamo: Breakfast for type O, typical recommendations:

Eggs, Non-reactive grains, including rye or spelt,

Rice, Fruit, Vegetables.

Meat or fish, if that's to your taste.

Personally, I sometimes like scrambled eggs w/onions w/a side of brown rice & fruit. If time is tight, I'll do a protein shake w/rice milk & lactose free whey, soy, or egg protein & maybe some fruit.

However, I don't know for sure yet, but I'm not sure the soy is such a good idea for me... Any feedback on that would also be appreciated.
