Deborah,
I had a temp. of 104, vomited, chills/shivers and body aches. I feel like I'm rebuilding my immune system all over again. Maybe I did go into this too quick because I did give up wheat, dairy and corn cold turkey. That has been since Sept.98. I think I will stay where I'm at since it will be about 5mos. into the diet, but maybe others can benefit from a gradual process. Thank you.
