Dear Vegan type O. It sounds like YOU are making it work. You're healthy and no complaints. What more can you ask for. I can't begin to try it as I can't eat grains or beans very often. I'd say, the most important thing about ER4YT for type O's is getting enough vegetables. Whether your protein is flesh or not getting the amount of veggies required is a challenge. I eat soft cooked egg and veggies for breakfast, or beans and veggies for breakfast, this helps me get enough veggies. I also eat fruit with ground nuts for breakfast. Essene bread and fruit and nuts is another vegetarian variation that you might try. Beyond that, my diet interpretations wouldn't work for a vegetarian. Luck to you, dorothy
