I usually have half cup of brown rice with either meat or fish. I like this better than the old oatmeal porridge, but it takes longer to eat when I am usually rushing to get to work. Not too sure if every day is too much rice, so am cutting down slowly on rice and replacing partly with a veg. I prepare it the night before and reheat in the am. My weight has reached its correctness, yeah!
