The best thing I found to help alleviate my nausea when I was pregnant was ginger. I used fresh ginger and would put it through my juicer along with some veggies or fruit juice. If you don't have a juicer, then maybe there's a supplement or something you can try with ginger. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about this until my third pregnancy when my nausea was the worst, but the ginger definitely worked and I'm O+ too! :-)
