I don't know how this fits in with er4yt philosophy, but my health guru used to tell me that when we are "cleansing" (looks like being sick)...that we will/might crave the foods that our bodies are attempting to eliminate through the cleanse. Along this line...he also recommended a little "hair of the dog" if the cleanse was unbearable, to slow the cleansing process down. If your diet history was way off the er4yt diet, you may want to monitor your HB choices and ease the transistion.

Another thought is that those may be "comfort" foods for you. The foods you want/crave could change as you give your body more options to choose from. Example: I had started craving beef after 8 years being a B vegetarian. Had lamb or venison been in my past diet, I may have craved one of them, but my mind went to the familiar choice, closest to what I needed. Well wishes, Deborah
