Hi Kathy,

I do use mustard even if there is vinegar in it (not often). Dr. D said a 70 percent compliance to ER4YT is okay if you are not seriously ill. I did never see a non-vinegar mustard in a store here in Europe. But maybe you have more luck to find the Colman's mustard in the US. As there may be problems with the "normal" vinegar, the apple cider vinegar is often said to be very good for many health conditions. So I will not avoid it completely. Karel A+
