Karla,
What a nice post, informative too. I will especially keep what you said in mind, in fact, I will print this. I have tried so many expensive and radical forms of treatment it's not funny. All of them in which put me into a tail spin, and where really not beneficial. I seem to think I know it all, but I will stay on this forum and listen to what a few of you have to say. My emotions though seem to be taken over and I am having a hard time staying on the diet, but I will not give up.
