I don't have any advice for you--just commiseration! Last week during a karate class my beans got the best of me! Very embarassing! But I survived. Hope everything calms down soon! Good luck. If it happens again in public I think I'll just start saying 'that was NOT ME!'. Maybe they'll buy it!
