Thanks for this post. I'd just figured out that I'd been reacting adversely to certain herb combos that were creating mood swings & impaired my thinking, and was delighted at being myself again once I discontinued their intake until yesterday I had "recurring sypmtoms" similar to what I'd experienced. The only thing I'd done different in my diet since was that on the previous couple days my sugar intake was unusually high.
This post helped me 2 & 2 together to realize that sugar is another substance that I must avoid if I wish to be at my best not just physically, but also mentally/emotionally!!!
I was also taking a lot of carbs w/o balancing w/protein. I wonder if that had a bearing too. ie, cookies, cake, soda.
