Stephen,
I'd like to know more. My little brother (type O, 29) looked horrible when I saw him over the holidays and I fear for his life. On a web search, I found very little on alternatives except for the type O avoid vegetables you mentioned and a couple of herbal remedies that I recognize only partially because just the botanical names were used. (I posted a question about Graves and type O on the Ask Dr. D page, but I have little hope he'll ever have time to get to it.) I'd welcome as much info as you have, if you have the time. Thanks SO much!
