Hi -
Thank you so much for this info. I wish I'd had it 9 years ago before I did this to my thyroid. I sure hope anyone who reads this will think twice before Nuking themselves.
What can I do to get this stuff out of my system - or can I?
What can I do to enhance or even replace the Synthroid?
What about weight loss? With over 50 to lose and a dead thyroid I'm feeling like maybe I shouldn't get my hopes up too high. I am feeling great on ER4YT better than on any other plan I have tried. I feel that my shoulder and neck pain will soon be a thing of the past - but it would sure be wonderful to be thin. Any ideas here?
