It is against the law to have anything other than cereal, milk, toast, and orange juice for breakfast! I'll be reporting you forthwith.

My breakfasts consist of a portion of flesh food (meat/fish/poultry), vegetable x2 or vegetablex1 + 1 slice of ezekiel bread; flax/pumpkin seeds, some olive/flax oil.
My kitchen implements are a toaster oven and a stove top vegetable steamer.
I precook individualized portions of flesh food and freeze them. I vary between pre-cooking the vegies and making them fresh in the am.
To quickly prepare breakfast:
1) Pop meat into toaster oven @ 200 F 2) cut and steam veggies or put precooked vegies in toaster oven about 5-8 minutes after the meat goes in. 3) Race around madly doing other things 4) 15-20 minutes after popping food into toaster oven, carefully remove. 5) If bread is on the menu (food combining not withstanding), pop the bread into the toaster oven to warm it.
6) Sit and eat in a relaxed, meditative way (Actually, I read my e-mail and the board while eating :-( me.
