My mind is wide open. How can we help you?

You say you don't have any health problems in any way. So you don't need help in that regard.

So what kind of help would you like? Recipes? Us telling you it's okay to be a veggie O?

I think it's fine that you're a veggie O. My two best friends on earth are veggies (both As) and have been for a decade. They think it's fine that I eat meat, and have way before we found ER4YT. I strongly support people's personal experiences.

So again, what kind of help is it that you need? I can't tell you that the diet "will work" without meat, because for me, it just didn't. For you it just might.
