How long have you been vegetarian? The effects of incorrect diet can take years to show up. I did fairly well as a high starch vegan for twenty years before I started misfiring. I stuck with it for another nine years before I was forced to face the fact that the diet was slowly killing me. Now, after a couple of years on O-friendly foods including meat, things have improved. This is not to discourage you from your principles, it's just my perspective from long experience. You have the advantage of being willing to eat fish, and you probably should eat a lot of it. If you eat eggs, they could be beneficial as well. The trouble maker for Os is too many starches and carbs, especially wheat. Watch out for that one! Best wishes.
