Hi, Val. Here's another slant: When I feel sick the way you did, not wanting to stomach anything, that's just what I do (as many sick animals will, as well). I DON'T stomach anything, except water and maybe healing herbs. Maybe your system was working on a big change, and stoking it with Avoids put the brakes on it, instead?
