The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 8

In Response To: SUCCESS!!! (Shawna)
Congrats on your cholesterol. My total cholesterol has dropped from 234 last June to 198 (finally within normal range) this Monday! I have been following the B diet (fairly faithfully as far as avoids go) since around Thangsgiving. Eating LOTS of eggs, lean meat, dairy and even butter. So much for eating cholesterol causing high serum cholesterol for everyone, huh!?
Your hemoglobin seems to be getting even lower, though. Does that indicate an iron deficiency?
Take care, MichelleA (B+)
