Remember Oats for O's who need to gain weight

To keep your weight up, you can use oats and other O-kay grains, beans, nuts, oils, larger servings, etc. But also remember to check you body-fat to lean body-mass ratios. Some small people at a low weight are over-fat, while some large people at higher weights are quite healthy.
Building lean body mass is the thing for every type. You can do that by eating extra protein each day, and by doing weight bearing exercise along with your aerobics. I've added big-step stair stepping to my aerobics, and am regaining lean body mass, finally. This will make my ideal weight higher than it once was, but I don't care about the scale. I just care about my ratios!
