The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 8
Re: First week Goal Buster - Wow, Jan
Posted By: Michelle (type O)
I am a goal buster that was out of town this Saturday... boo hoo...oh well, there's next Saturday. Anyway, I'm SO glad there are so many positive things happening to you. In time, I think the family thing will come around. My hubby didn't come around for about 3-4 weeks...(when he saw I had no more symptoms of IBS I had been suffering since the beginning of our marriage! - because of the diet, of course) Anyway, I just wanted to share the almond-cocoa-maple syrup thing with you and someone beat me to it, ISN'T IT AWESOME! But one more thing, when giving up coffee ( I just did about 2-3 weeks ago) KEEP BUSY...My headaches only lasted ONE day, not a week like I thought they would. The key is to STAY busy all day long. Active and busy... That's what worked for me. If I can give up coffee anyone can I think...I grew up in Seattle, the coffee capital and probably should own part of the company by now LOL. Great job sticking with things, and GOOD LUCK this week!!! :-) Michelle
