Ezekiel 4:9 bread is a good alternative bread. ALso WASA bread and rye crisp are great. I toast them with melted mozzarella on top. I use oat flour an drolled oats with brown sugar and molasses for sweetener to bake cookies.

Drink green tea; that may help restore your body's ability to lose weight. I drink it, along with black coffee. THe longer you stay away from wheat and corn, the faster your body will replace the insulin receptors that have been paralyzed by the wheat and corn consumption. As the body gradullay replaces the receptors the fat cells can more easily release the fat to burn as nstored energy. I think one reason that I couldnot lose before was that.
