Well you have salmon which you put garlic powder on and cook in olive oil for about 45 min,in the oven,my husband loves it he is type o I am type a and it is good for us both. Try Red snapper it is very tasty, so is monkfish if you can find it it tastes like lobster, no kidding. Then there are sardines, on crackers, not bad.Perch is very tasty also. I grew up with seafood in Fl. and N. J. and it is very good for you. Tofu when shredded is like mozzarella, but it takes on the taste of whatever you are making, I like it especially with soy sauce as an appetizer, good luck, feel good, Pam
