I do not know if this is the thing to take also but I am very fatiqued all the time and i take CQ10 50 to 100 mg and vitamin c 500 mg 4 times a day. I take valerian to help me sleep better, in this polluted world we need lots of oxygen and vit e helps along with hawtorne berries for the heart. Germanium is a good oxygen enhancer.
