Peole sick with the flu who lose weight are losing muscle (which would lower your metabolism and make you flabby) and water (as the flu often comes along with vomitting and diarhhea). It would be rare to lose anything other than that, except maybe bone density. Does this sound appealing? Reduced metabolism, dehydratation and brittle bones?
I agree with the others. Eat your O foods (which do not consist of toast and peanut butter), get stronger, and you'll be pleased.
