EVERYthing you ate is either on the avoid or on the neutral lists. Where's the beef, chicken and protein? How about greens? Toast is a horrible offender as far as weight - plus, oatmeal is only on the neutral list if you're NOT trying to lose weight. Bananas are high in sugar and so is peanutbutter (an AVOID) and jelly. It's a whole bunch of CARBS you were living on - no surprise you didn't lose any weight! I saw the weight peel off as soon as I severly restricted carbs and upped my protein intake = try it, you'll like it!

Listen to Steve - He will help you to understand where you are going wrong.
