artichoke pasta; two questions. Help!
Posted By: René Ruffner Date: Tuesday, 19 January 1999, at 1:41 p.m.
Hi. Everywhere we check for a supply of artichoke pasta or other non-wheat pastas which don't turn into glue when cooked - but particularly artichoke pasta - we find that the pasta has some wheat in it. So the question is twofold. IS there some artichoke pasta that is wheat-free, and if so, who are some suppliers? The followup question would be is the artichoke pasta that has some wheat in it suitable for O's and A's? We sure appreciate the help.
