Hashimoto Thyroid B-blood
Posted By: mkr Date: Tuesday, 19 January 1999, at 10:07 a.m.
Hello I like to find some answers for treating Hashimoto thyroid problem. I have a B-blood type and I was just diagnosed with this problem a couple of weeks ago. My doctor will not give me any medication until this problem becomes a hypothyroidis. I do not want to get to that stage so I like to treat it with alternatives. I am following the B-type diet for about 4 months that is OK. I quit eating corn, chicken, pork and wheat. (The 4 biggest) I think I am doing all right, but I am still freezing to death and I am not loosing weight. I have to say to that I jog faithfully 1 mile a day (20 min.) So, help me out please! What food for B will raise your body temp? Also my lab test showed that I have a raised antibody in my blood. What is that? The range should be(0-5), mine was 214. Hopping for replies.
