Hi Kathryn. If you don't mind, I'd like to print out your post for my O mother-in-law. She's been doing lousey after having her arteries reamed out and her doctor telling her to quit eating meat and to eat lots of pasta. She can barely walk from her arthritis now in less than 6 mos. of eating like that. Great story!
