I mean beef. My husband will fry a beef patty and will let me have a generous bite. Then I'm done, I don't have any more than that. This happens about once a week. I REALLY do avoid pork as it's contraindicated for everyone. Those poor pork producers. I'm surprised they haven't become wise to ER4YT yet.
