I am a Certified Physical Trainer ( type A+). I have ongoing EBV, Scoliosis (like you can't imagine) and a multi million dollar business to run. I do yoga EVERY morning at 5am for 40 minutes for my own personal health. (and have done so for the past 12 years). I also do aerobics, resistance training and structural balance programs for our clients on a daily basis. This Type A gets LOTS of exercise. I was dumbfounded, when I read in ER4YT that us A's needed only yoga and vary mild exercise programs to be healthy. Anyone out there in this situation? Would love to chat with you. Maybe I'm an endorphin addict?
