Mystery Energy Loss - Please Help!

HELP

I had a sudden drop in energy this afternoon that amazed me; I read through some of Paul Clucas' past posts to try to sift through Explorer energy drops. It seemed to indicate more sea salt in one's water, or more protein intake, or steps needed to increase the body's circulation.

I was drinking our old, bad water yesterday and noticed it was only making me thirstier and more dried out. I had also gone without fruits for 2 days and my body compensated by increasing its demand for veggies and HONEY.

In 2 days I wound up expelling candida ---- OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! That burnt.

What's happening? I'm eating all my SWAMI recommended portions.....I'm back to drinking lots of lime-water-ade every day.....

Started off a great "day off" took care of the nasty errands first and looked forward to coming home to clean my room and make it prettier (desperately needed)

Felt the tiredness at 3pm when bio-clock switches over from small intestine to bladder cleanse (chinese medicine)....felt more and more sleepy till 7pm (friend kept me up on the phone....everyone wants me exactly when I am ill, I think), then BOOOOOOM!!!!!

I've fallen into bed with utter exhaustion and feeling like all energy has been drained even out of my bones! personality is changing to hostile, and want the world to either leave me alone, or take me to the hospital to recuperate.

I FEEL LIKE ABSOLUTE S**T!!! I can't get up and walk around for long it's like every time I touch the bed I want to sleep for 30 days.......like to get up and go to work tomorrow is torture

I feel a visit from Amazone I. coming........

Dr's - do you concur? http://www.livestrong.com/article/312658-vitamin-doses-for-adrenal-fatigue/

Warriors: Milk substitute?

Hi everyone--I am new to this diet and very happy about the change. Please forgive me if this questions has been answered before. I looked around and attempted a search but didn't find anything.

I have used the criteria in the book to determine that I am clearly a Warrior type. I would like to use a half-and-half substitute in my coffee, but a long search at the grocery store was pretty unproductive. Most non-dairy "milks" have a lot of additives that won't work for a warrior, as I'm sure those of you of that type know. I ended up getting some Silk Soymilk and some Tempt Hempmilk, not ideal because they're so thin, and also not good choices in the end because I realized later that the carrageenan they contain is on the "no" list.

Any ideas from those of you with experience? I live in a city with a lot of food availability, luckily. A little cream in my coffee is the only milk I consume. Thank you!

I'm justamente wondering how the so called BCAA's are measured for genotypes
It is said that almost in obsese and diabetic humans they are found in aboundant amounts... and seem to be the culprit of their sickness... but then it is mentioned in literature they mimick a form of insulin resitence and at the same time they mention that all about this thema is discussed controversal...so my question here is.... what's true here
Any enlightment would be more then appreciated

If there are any 'hunter' GT there, do you eat cheese and if so, which type, parmeson, sheeps, goats?? also, do any 'hunter' GT do better with minimal fruit, ie I am aware of the weakening/yin effect of fruit, it can be a challenge to maintain yin/yang balance and good health sometimes. the vegetables are better at present for me, plus protein and fats.

Hello,
I've just come across an article in the Nature Magazine about potential risk of death from heart disease for people who eat (a lot of) beef. Since I am a Hunter I do eat more beef than I used to (but usually no more than twice a week) - how seriously should I be taking those new revelations?

Here's the link to this article:
http://www.nature.com/news/red-meat-wrong-bacteria-bad-news-for-hearts-1.12746

Kind regards,
Kasia
