So I just bought Swami xpress and the website isn't working. I get an "internal server error" message that says, "Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@northamericanpharmacal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

What the heck do I do? Is this a problem with my computer or is it a problem on their end and how do I resolve it?
Has anyone else experienced this?
I was so excited to start and now I'm so upset  :-/

It was not our fault. It was a temporary glitch with the service provider. Works now.

Did you actually e-mail webmaster@northamericanpharmacal.com ? They normally come back to you quite quickly with an answer, but it will probably be a server error their end, not yours.

I've got it working now :)
Next question, is it safe to assume anything in my meal planner list is approved? There are options listed that were avoids for me in the book. For example, the carob brownies are on my meal planner list and they call for applesauce; apples were black dot for hunters in the book. I noticed a few things from the book are not listed, like manchego cheese (sp?) does this mean it's either avoid or neutral based on my swami analysis?

I still verify all ingredients in any recipe - regardless of source.

Once you have the SWAMI Xpress food lists, ignore the book lists - they are no longer relevant as SWAMI has so many more data points and may change some of the food ratings significantly...

Manchego cheese is listed in the dairy section of my printout - so double check the list to make sure.

yes, do tweak your recipes to fit you......most contain two or more diamonds but that doesn t mean all other ingredients are compliant

Ignore the food lists in the book. The whole point of SWAMI is to give you a personalized meal plan. There's no need to avoid the foods that are OK for you but bad for "most people of your genotype." Similarly. you'll be healthier because you're not eating foods that are harmful for you but OK for most people of your genotype.

You might need to scroll down a little you might be clicking the wrong box. One is meal planner the other will be the food list.

What do you do if you are unable to log into your swami xp account? I entered my account number and user name and I have tried the password it came with along with every possible thing I might have changed my password to and it's not working. Is there a "forgot password" option I'm missing?
