Just made these but substituted 2-1/2 cups Trehalose for the 1-1/4 cup sugar.  But I'm pretty sure I could just go with 2 cups as they tuned out stunningly delicious but a bit on the sweet side!    I also used Ghee instead of butter.   Also I left out the chocolate chips.  Too much!  These don't need it and besides I've never found any sugar free chocolate chips!

Cheers BluesSinger, looks good & great tip re the Trehalose  Certainly couldn't do them myself with any carby flour or sugar, but I'm sure Mr P will love them
