I wonder if trehalose would be beneficial to my dyslexic's daughter cognitive function? With dyslexics there are problems with how the neurotransmitters of the brain function for proper speech and language comprehension. Although she does not have autism, there are some similar symptoms between the two. Maybe I should try it on her every day for a month and see if there are any changes. I'm sure there are other health benefits anyway even if her language delays don't seem to significantly improve.

Absolutely. Only on few special occasions she gets a tiny snack with wheat in it, but we never bring wheat products into our home and what she eats is very controlled. I essentially feed her all her meals, and even her teachers in sunday school and other church activities know not to give her wheat snacks. We don't know her secretor status so sometimes we allow her foods that could be avoids such as apples and strawberries (in small amounts), but those are not O lectin foods.

This is Great news as it now includes children taking it!!!!!!!!!!

any trehalose or mixed with D-Ribose or other items? one better than the other?

The biggest relieve in a adult of 24 was the day when I sent her to the library to look up what I saw as Dyslexia.. She came back in tears - she had seen her SELF.  Changed her life totally.  what if She had Trehalose!!!
