Here are some excellent guided meditations- that won't generate  tons of unwanted emails like you get from the Chopra center:

Once I got on the Chopra many mailing lists I thought I would never ever get my email removed.  No matter how many times I clicked on the remove function they would start coming again........and again.........

In fact, after about a year of continually clicking on the unsubscribe link and being taken to a page which reassured me that I was indeed unsubscribed, today I got ANOTHER email from them!   So, be forewarned.

Try some of the Psalms.  There are verses there that are great to meditate on.

Yes, Santina, that will be fun.  Apparently we will be wading through a slew of pesky emails. But, oh well.  Ginny, look into a program/app called unrollme.  Great way to streamline our email boxes.

I signed up and I started on Monday.  I did a 21-day meditation challenge with them a couple of years ago.

Has made a difference for me. Just learning how to perceive yourself and the world throughout the day, to lower stress and increase happiness.
