BTD Forums  /  The GenoType Diet  /  Can MTOR or AMPK be measured?

Dear Community,

I read the "How Trustworthy Is Your Fuel Gauge" Jan. 2014 article about AMPK. Is there a lab test or a way to test for MTOR, first, then, the same for AMPK? (If MTOR is high, there is an accumulation of leftover proteins.) How do you know when you need El Dorado?

Thank you.
